Corebridge provides detailed call logs linked to each correspondent identity.All incoming and outgoing calls are tracked and
identified with customer names, company names, departments, geography etc., allowing
a complete view of communications internally and with customers.
Users can display their call log either through their Web-protal or from Corebridge client application (phone bar)
Call details:
- Caller ID,
- Times and dates,
- Call Duration,
- Details and direction of calls (incoming, outgoing, answered, missed, diverted,
- Display call
based on criteria’s (by name, by Company name, by type,…),
- Send notification emails for missed call,
- Attach data to call log,
- Display correspondent call log (history).
Virtual assistant - missed call reminder
Corebridge virtual assistant alerts
and reminds users when they miss calls. It helps them to manage their missed
calls according to their availability.
The virtual assistant is
intelligent enough to know when user has returned a missed call and delete it
from his list, even if the call is returned to the caller via a different phone
number.
Email notification is sent to users when they miss calls in addition, the Virtual assistant application
could be configured to automatically send an email, on user behalf, to his correspondent
in case of missed call.
The Corebridge system tray icon
starts flashing or turns red
if user has received missed calls. It will
return to its normal state when all missed calls are returned or deleted from
the missed call list. Display the Virtual Assistant from the Corebridge system
tray icon.
