Corebridge Meta Directory enables companies to keep the relevant information in one single central view. It acts as a "cash memory" and contains contacts information synchronized from different line of business applications including CRM, ERP, Exchange; Lotus Notes, LDAP directories, SQL databases and XML CSV flat files.

Corebridge Meta Directory allows call identification and application integration with any 3rd party application providing a quick access to caller profile (screen popup) and efficient way to search contacts from different databases.

The data is maintenance free and is synchronized from the backend systems via Corebridge synchronization agents (CoreSync Agents) - Data is synchronized in one single way i.e. from the "source" databases to Corebridge Meta Directory.

Corebridge Meta Directory is built on Microsoft AD-LDS/ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode) technology. Microsoft AD-LDS/ADAM is license free and integrated in standard with Microsoft Windows Server packages, removing the need for expensive 3rd party database installation.
